“长安与世界：历史记忆与文明进步”
国际学术研讨会（2022）通知
“文明因交流而多彩，文明因互鉴而丰富。”为推进中国话语和中国叙事体系构建，打造融通中外的学术体系，更加充分、更加鲜明地展现中国故事及其背后的思想力量和精神力量，以中国学术讲好中国故事，陕西师范大学推出以“长安与世界”为主题的系列论坛。
长安是中国的，但也属于全世界。作为古都的长安，曾具有的以开放包容为主要特征的精神气质乃是中华民族对于全世界文明进步的杰出贡献，而其历史的艰难曲折亦为人类社会发展提供了宝贵的借鉴。研究长安，必须持有当代人文情怀与世界眼光。这将有助于我们加深关于人类文明发展的整体认识。
首届“长安与世界”论坛主題为“历史记忆与文明进步”，2022年9月23日至25日在陕西师范大学举办，会议主要安排如下：
一、主要议题
1.都城时代的长安历史记忆研究
2.后都城时代的长安历史记忆研究
3.以长安为中心的传统文化的当代应用研究
4.海内外其它都城的历史记忆研究
5.历史记忆的理论研究
6.其他涉及长安、都城的研究
二、基本日程
9月23日（星期五），会议报到。
9月24日（星期六）全天至25日（星期日）上午，正式会议。
9月25日（星期日），离会返程。
三、会议形式
1.鉴于当前防疫形势，会议原则上采取线上、线下相结合的方式举行。
①西安地区专家和学者，如无特殊原因，请线下参会。
②西安地区以外的国内学者，请根据疫情形势确定参会方式。
③境外学者全部以线上方式参会。
2.如疫情缓解，会议力争以线下方式举行。
温馨提示：近期各地新冠疫情形复杂多变，请参会专家学者做好自身防护。如赴西安参会，请关注出发地和西安市政府发布的相关防疫政策（参见“西安本地宝”“西安发布”等官方公众号），留意关于核酸检测、行程码（部分情况下可能还包括隔离）等方面的具体规定。会务组届时亦将通过微信公众号“国际长安学研究院”通报西安防疫要求。

（二）交通指南
1.西安咸阳国际机场出发：
①机场大巴：选乘吉源酒店方向机场大巴至终点，换乘600/616路公交，到陕西师范大学站下；或由吉源酒店乘坐出租车至万科生活广场到达(车费:10元以内)。
②全程出租车：机场至长安区万科生活广场（车费：约200元）。
2.高铁西安北站出发：
①地铁＋公交：站内换乘地铁2号线,至航天城地铁站，从B出口出站；转乘616路公交至陕西师范大学站下，或乘出租车到万科生活广场（车费:20元以内）；
②全程出租车：西安北站至长安区万科生活广场（车费：100元以内）。
六、会议费用
住宿与膳食费用由主办方承担，往返交通费用敬请自理。

Seminar on Chang’an and the World:
Historical Memory and the Progress of Civilization (2022)
In order to promote the construction of Chinese discourse and narrative system, to build an academic system that integrates China and foreign counties, to present Chinese stories and the ideological and spiritual power behind them fully and vividly, and to share China stories with Chinese academia, Shaanxi Normal University intends to launch a series of forums on the theme of “Chang’an and the World”. The core topic of the first forum is“Historical Memory and the Progress of Civilization”，which will be held in late September 2022 at Shaanxi Normal University. We sincerely invite experts from home and abroad to join the event.
I. Themes
1. Research on the historical memory of Chang’an in the capital era
2. Research on the historical memory of Chang’an in the post-capital era
3. Contemporary applied research on traditional culture centered on Chang’an
4. Research on the historical memory of other capital cities at home and abroad
5. Theoretical research on historical memory
6. Other studies involving Chang’an and the capital
II. Basic Schedule
1. Sept. 23rd (Friday), register with the conference.
2. All day of Sept. 24th (Saturday) and morning of Sept. 25th (Sunday), formal conference.
3. Afternoon of Sept. 25th (Sunday), leave conference.
III. Conference Form
1. In accordance with the current epidemic prevention situation, the meeting will be held online and offline in principle.
l Local experts and scholars, if there is no special reason, please attend the conference offline.
l For domestic scholars outside Xi’an, please decide how to attend the conference according to the epidemic situation.
l All overseas experts will attend the meeting online.
2. If the epidemic situation eases, the meeting will be held offline.

1. Registration Place:
Atour Hotel, 7th floor of Vanke Life Plaza ( opposite the north gate of Chang’an Campus of Shaanxi Normal University）, Chang’an District, Xi’an, Shaanxi.
2. Traffic Guide:
1）Departure from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport:
l By airport bus: Take the airport bus in the direction of Jiyuan Hotel, then transfer to No. 600/616 bus at the terminal, and get off at Shaanxi Normal University Stop; Or take a taxi from Jiyuan Hotel to Vanke Life Plaza, which fare is less than ￥10.
l By taxi for the whole ride: from the airport to Vanke Life Plaza in Chang’an District, which fare is about￥200.
2）Departure from Xi’anbei Station of high-speed railway:
l By subway & Bus：Take Line 2 of subway, get out of the station at the Hangtiancheng Subway Station from Exit B, then take Bus No. 616 to Shaanxi Normal University Stop, or take a taxi to Vanke Life Plaza, which fare is less than￥20.
l By taxi for the whole ride: from the Xianbei to Vanke Life Plaza in Chang’an District. The fare is about￥100.
